Walton Homes launches ‘Select & Move’ scheme

Walton Homes has launched a new incentive scheme at its luxury apartment development in Mere Green, which covers the largest costs of moving, the estate agency fees.
The Select & Move initiative enables existing homeowners to reserve their preferred plot in the second phase of The Lincombes for a 12 week period. Walton Homes will appoint estate agents to market the purchaser’s current home and providing it is sold within this timeframe, Walton will cover the estate agent fees, significantly easing the upfront costs associated with moving home.
The nine one, two and three bedroom apartments in the second phase of The Lincombes – called the Wellswood building – are priced between £184,950 and £495,000. Construction work is well underway and the first apartments are expected to be build complete by late spring 2010. The Lincombes development is situated on Lichfield Road, close to the Four Oaks Estate and the centre of Mere Green.
