In December 2009 Lovemoney.com asked their readers what they thought about the financial products they use.
The results are in and first direct have come top in 5 categories including achieving ‘the most loved savings brand'.
All votes were cast by existing customers of hundreds of personal finance products, meaning these awards are a true reflection of real-life financial experiences.
They asked readers for verdicts on their credit cards, bank accounts and insurance policies.
Commenting on the awards, lovemoney.com head of consumer finance, Ed Bowsher, said: "Our awards celebrate the very best personal finance providers in the UK. Picking the right financial product is a difficult decision for most people. What could be simpler than following the recommendations of other bank customers?"
