Godiva buy to let range with competitive arrangement fees

Godiva Mortgages has launched a new range of Buy to Let mortgages, combining highly competitive rates, low fees and LTV's up to 70%.

Highlights include;

4.49% Flexx for Term at 60% loan to value with no early repayment charges
4.75% Flexx for Term at 70% loan to value with no early repayment charges

Godiva has also extended its previous remortgage only schemes to also include purchases;

4.74% 2 Year Fixed mortgage (until 31.03.2012) at 60% Loan to Value
5.24% 2 Year Fixed mortgage (until 31.03.2012) at 70% Loan to Value

All products have booking and arrangement fees of £1050
One valuation up to £680 is included with all Buy to Let mortgages
