Exciting new opportunities for stylish contemporary living are coming soon to East Grinstead, West Sussex, after Taylor Wimpey acquired the land for a brand new apartment development.

The leading housebuilder is set to begin transforming a former commercial site in London Road into RHNineteen, a stunning collection of just over 50 private one and two-bedroom apartments.

The new homes will be conveniently located close to the excellent amenities of East Grinstead town centre and within easy reach of superb road and rail links, making them an excellent choice for commuters and first-time buyers.

The first apartments are due to be made available for sale in February 2010, and would-be purchasers are being urged to register their interest now.

Mark Pajak, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted to be creating such a fantastic new opportunity for property-seekers in West Sussex, and we’re looking forward to launching the first homes very soon.

“Prices have yet to be confirmed for these beautifully designed apartments, but they will represent the same exceptional value for money as we always offer.

“We are anticipating high levels of demand for homes at RHNineteen, so anyone interested in claiming one for themselves should get in touch straight away to ensure their names are at the top of our list for reservation.”

The ancient town of East Grinstead boasts historic charm dating back nearly 800 years, as well as an abundance of modern facilities including independent and high street shops, an entertainment complex with bars, clubs, a bowling alley and a cinema, plus a swimming pool and sports centre.

Two supermarkets are within a few minutes’ walk of the development, while a good selection of highly respected schools for all ages is also close at hand.

For commuters, the M23 is close by and provides easy access to Crawley (six miles away), Brighton (21 miles) and London (27 miles), while East Grinstead railway station – just a short stroll from RHNineteen – has regular services to London Victoria in less than an hour. And for those travelling further afield, Gatwick airport is just nine miles away.
