Mumm's the word at Keycamp

There will be popping champagne corks galore with Valentine’s Day on the horizon, and to celebrate Keycamp is adding a little extra fizz to May and June breaks at its La Croix du Vieux Pont parc in Berny Riviere, with the launch of a new Champagne & Château experience.

The exclusive G.H Mumm Champagne Experience is available for just £30 per person and comprises a tour of the famous cellars, plus some tutored tastings so full advantage can be taken of the fizz on offer. Coach transfers from the parc are also included.

A guided château tour, taking in Château de Pierrefonds, the breathtaking home of the BBC’s Merlin, is also available and is priced at £8 per person if booked separately or free of charge if booked with the champagne experience.

And when not indulging in champagne or culture, there is plenty on offer at the lakeside parc, including an impressive swimming pool complex with chutes, slides, jacuzzi and sauna, plus a spa. Activities such as archery, mini golf, fishing, tennis and canoeing are also available, while there are some first rate walking, cycling and pony trekking routes in the nearby forest.

La Croix du Vieux Pont is also within easy reach of Disneyland Paris and Compiègne, the Royal Palace of Louis XIV, while the heart of Paris is just ninety minutes away.

Book before 31 January and a seven night break arriving on 5 June for a couple, or two adults and up to four children, will cost just £394, including Dover-Calais ferry crossings and Keycamp’s early booking discount. Alternative crossings and the excursions are available at a supplement.
