Vineyard Hotel scoops wedding venue award

Celebrating her 115th anniversary, the Vineyard Hotel & Spa has clinched the national Hotel Wedding Reception Venue category at the recent VOW awards held in Johannesburg.

Organised by the South African Bridal Industry Academy (SABIA), the Vineyard Hotel & Spa won 1st place from 165 nominations. This deluxe Cape icon is set in 6-acres of beautiful landscaped gardens below the southern slopes of Table Mountain. Making a commitment to ‘living green’, the hotel has an impressive environmental and social awareness ethos making the decision to choose the Vineyard for one’s special day even more desirable.

The hotel has more to celebrate in that Banqueting Manager Robyn van Oudtshoorn reaches her 20th anniversary milestone this year. Robyn has had the privilege of assisting in the planning of over 500 Vineyard Hotel weddings!
