Radbrook Rise, Walton Homes’ flagship residential scheme located off Gainsborough Road in Corby, is now 90 per cent sold, following a flurry of recent sales.

This has prompted the developer to release a selection of three and four bedroom homes in the final phase, offering increased choice to purchasers looking to secure one of the final homes at the landmark scheme. 

The highly acclaimed development features 101 quality new homes set around newly finished roads and landscaped areas. The collection of three and four bedroom homes that are being constructed as part of the final phase are priced from £89,950 when purchased through Walton Homes’ Lion’s Share initiative. There is a selection of terrace, semi detached and detached designs available. 

Walton Homes’ exclusive Lion’s Share initiative means buyers only need to pay 75 per cent of the value of their new home through a conventional mortgage, while the remaining 25 per cent share can be paid back to the developer when the property is eventually sold on, or after 10 years - whichever is sooner.

Walton Homes reports that while the Government’s HomeBuy Direct scheme is available at other developments in the Corby area, the time it takes to process the application has deterred a number of people who have since chosen to invest in a new home at Radbrook Rise. There is no strict criteria to meet with the Lion’s Share initiative and buyers only need to find their deposit.

The majority of the homes feature en suite bathrooms off the master bedroom and many homes also have the benefit of garages. Each new home at Radbrook Rise comes with a 10 year NHBC guarantee.
