A Macclesfield couple are among the first buyers at Taylor Wimpey Manchester’s Jasmine Park development to take advantage of the housebuilder’s innovative Easymover scheme.

Stephen and Sharon Stuart have bought a brand new beautiful three bedroom Bowden home at the development on Whirley Road.

Sharon said: “A brand new home means lower costs, lower bills and very easy maintenance but it’s a long time since new, reasonably priced homes have been available in Macclesfield. Once we saw the showhome at Jasmine Park, we were very keen on owning our own home at the development.”

And the couple, who are moving from a two bedroom terrace on Copper Road in the town, say that the Taylor Wimpey Easymover scheme has made the whole process hassle free.

“They say that moving home can be really stressful but the Taylor Wimpey team made sure everything went really smoothly,” Sharon continued. “The Easymover scheme made a real difference.”

Under the scheme, Taylor Wimpey worked with a local estate agent to sell the Stuarts’ existing property and, not only did the housebuilder pay the agent’s fees, it has also contributed towards the couple’s legal fees and mortgage fees. Taylor Wimpey has also arranged a removal service for them.

Taylor Wimpey Manchester sales and marketing director Anthony Mansfield commented: “Easymover is a great incentive for people looking to buy a new home. Not only does it relieve customers of many of the costs involved with the whole house moving process but it makes the process as simple and stress-free as possible from start to finish.”

Stephen and Sharon are now looking forward to moving into their new home which will be ready for them to move into in early Spring.

On the ground floor of their new home features include a welcoming hallway, spacious lounge, downstairs cloakroom and separate dining room leading to a private garden.

The three bedrooms are all located on the first floor, together with a family bathroom and an ensuite to the master bedroom.

The house comes complete with an allocated parking space. Bowden house types are currently available from £199,995.

Situated in the sought after area of Henbury, Jasmine Park will consist of 123 homes including ten different types of two, three, four and five bedroom properties. Prices at the development start at £179,995.

It is situated just a short distance from Macclesfield town centre. The cobbled streets and quaint buildings are home to a wide variety of shops and boutiques. Macclesfield, as well as the surrounding picturesque villages of Alderley Edge, Bollington and Prestbury, benefits from a number of fine restaurants, pubs and wine bars. The area has an abundance of local leisure facilities including parks, golf courses and leisure centres.

Jasmine Park offers excellent transport links for commuters and frequent travellers, with the development offering easy access to the A537, A34 and M6, leading in turn to the M56 and M62 connected to Liverpool and Manchester.

More information about Jasmine Park is available by visiting the development on Whirley Road which is open Thursday to Monday, 11am to 5pm. Alternatively, visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
