Mum’s the word at Bewilderwood

25th February 2010 Print

Celebrate your mum’s special day by taking her to Bewilderwood, the curious treehouse adventure park in Norfolk, where there is a special BewilderMum’s Day event, which won’t even raid the piggy bank.

On Mothering Sunday, (Sunday 14th March), Bewilderwood is allowing all mums to get into the magical park for free and there are loads of fun activities to help make this a memorable day for all the family to enjoy.

Children can make their mums a flowery treat to take home, or decorate a card with flowers, glitter and sparkly bits which they can display for everyone to see.

If your mum is feeling brave, why not challenge her to a wobbly wires race or the brand new Tricky Tunnels?  This mind-boggling new play area will test the bravest of the brave, with ladders, walkways, tunnels, bridges, swinging ropes and much more, all reaching a tummy-wobbling height of six metres. And mum will love it because Tricky Tunnels is pink!

Jo Artherton, Bewilderwood’s Marketing Manager said: “BewilderMum’s Day is a great way for all the family to spend quality time together outdoors and children can show their mums how much they care as well, with lots of colourful gifts to make. It’s not just children who have fun at Bewilderwood, it’s ideal for people of all ages and mums and dads will have great fun zooming along the zip wires and losing their children in the Muddled Maze!”

Bewilderwood is located in woodland off the A1062 near Wroxham, situated near the beautiful surrounding of Hoveton Little Broad.
