The special offer runs until the end of September, which means that you can buy a base carrier and Travel roof box for just £269 fitted, or combine your base carrier with a Sport roof box for £295.

Base carriers clamp on to the built in roof rails fitted as standard to most estate cars and MPVs. As well as roof boxes, they can with additional attachments provide secure fixing for bicycles, surfboards or canoes.

Vauxhall’s streamlined, lightweight Travel and Sport roof boxes fit neatly on to a base carrier to provide car owners with an additional 450 litre load capacity and are easy to install.

There are now just four price bands covering the whole Vauxhall car range, with prices for fixed ball tow bars with 12N electrics starting at £230 and detachable coupling tow bars at £375.
