Reserve now for new homes at popular Stamford development

With a show home opening planned for the end of the month, homehunters are being urged to act now to avoid disappointment at one of Stamford Homes’ newest and popular developments.
Welland Park in Stamford is currently boasting the highest number of visitors out of any of the company’s regional developments – with interest and reservations on the increase since Stamford Homes acquired the site at the start of the year.
The 59-home development is located in a sought after part of the historic town, located off Little Casterton Road.
Some of the two and three bedroom homes are planned for completion this summer – but those looking to step onto the housing ladder or simply enjoy what the development has to offer can reserve their dream home now.
Prices currently range from £116,950 for a one-bedroom coach house to £244,950 for a four-bedroom detached family home.
However, Stamford Homes can help to further curb the cost of moving through its ASSIST initiative.
The Stamford Assist scheme not only gives peace of mind, but also provides customers with an effective service designed to fast-track the sale of an existing home.
Under the Assist scheme, which has been designed to make the purchase of a new home as hassle-free as possible, Stamford Homes will:
- Arrange for two independent valuations of your home
- Suggest a realistic selling price based on the valuations, and if you agree, you can reserve the home of your choice.
- Instruct an estate agent to sell your existing home within a specified timescale, working closely with the agents to ensure maximum publicity and viewings.
- Appoint a solicitor and mortgage broker to speed up the process.
Welland Park has marked a welcome return to Stamford for the company that started its building business there almost 60 years ago.
For more details about the development, visit the sales and marketing suite which is open from Thursday to Monday between 10.30am and 5pm.
