Landmark Hyde Park development to launch early summer

Landmark development The Lancasters – 75 apartments and two townhouses behind a listed façade, facing Hyde Park – will launch in early summer, it is announced today.

A joint venture by central London developer Minerva PLC and residential developer Northacre, The Lancasters is already generating interest from buyers around the world, attracted by its prestige location, its south-facing views over Hyde Park, and its proximity to central London’s best locations. With the London ultra-prime market currently suffering from a lack of supply, Hyde Park will become the most important ‘garden’ in the Capital. The Lancasters is one of the two key London schemes launching this summer, and is the only classic revival project of this scale.

The Lancasters’ grand exterior will be complemented by bespoke furnishings and fittings from top international interiors firm, Intarya, who will highlight the building’s existing traditional features through contemporary design – to be showcased at The Lancasters’ launch at the start of summer 2010.
