Dinner with Gordon Banks at Littlecote House Hotel
By early July, we’ll be approaching the height of World Cup fever and hopefully cheering on Wayne Rooney and co in the quarter finals.
What better way to soak up the full atmosphere of the world’s biggest football competition than in the company of one of England’s greatest heroes of the game Gordon Banks OBE.
The legendary goalkeeper will be hosting a private dinner at Warner Leisure Hotels’ magnificent Littlecote House Hotel, Berkshire, when guests will have the chance to ask him about his illustrious career and especially England’s greatest moment of sporting glory, the 1966 World Cup.
During the evening there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and take photographs.
The VIP dinner is just one of many outstanding breaks at Grade 1 listed Littlecote House Hotel this year including hot air balloon flights, horse racing trips, and a Psychic School featuring Jayne Wallace, one of Britain’s top mediums. That’s in addition to a full programme of live entertainment that ranges from Acker Bilk and His Paramount Jazz Band to an evening with popular comedian Tom O’Connor.
The three-night weekend break from Friday July 2nd costs from £309 for an Ambassador Room with a £60 per person supplement for the private dinner with Gordon Banks OBE. The dinner with Gordon Banks takes place in the evening on Sunday 4th July.
