New gold standard for Vauxhall service

The manufacturer is launching an annual awards scheme to identify the best Vauxhall MasterFit Centres around the country.
By next spring, the top 40 providers of Vauxhall’s nationwide service brand will be able to display the “Service Centre of Excellence” plaque on their premises.
A new set of simplified standards is being introduced by the vehicle manufacturer to measure the competence of Vauxhall MasterFit Centres in three key areas – convenience, value and expertise. Vauxhall says that these parameters generate customer satisfaction, service retention and business growth.
The Vauxhall MasterFit customer promise is designed to ensure convenience for customers in every aspect of the MasterFit experience, professional advice on which work is essential and what is desirable, and value for customers assured by a monthly local price check carried out by each MasterFit Centre.
The customer promise also guarantees transparent pricing and invoicing, use of the latest diagnostic equipment to maintain safety, reliability, emissions and performance, plus free of charge vehicle and software enhancements as they enter the manufacturer’s database.
