Redrow to launch new homes in Hailsham

Homes based on Redrow’s recently launched New Heritage Collection are coming soon to Hailsham, in East Sussex.

The collection boasts traditional looking exteriors with a nod to the Arts & Crafts movement, brought right up to date with contemporary interiors designed for 21st century living.

And, while some external changes have had to be made to suit local planning guidelines, the Hailsham homes will be true to the New Heritage ethos of combining the best of old and new.

The 12-acre ‘Willow Gardens’ development on Battle Road will feature 128 new homes in a mix of two, three and four-bedroom designs. There will be detached, semi-detached and some terraced properties to suit every kind of buyer.

It marks a welcome return to the area for Redrow, who have built extensively in East Sussex in the past, with previous developments in Hailsham, Stone Cross and Eastbourne.
