Situated on the former site of Glasgow Zoo, Miller Homes’ is set to launch ‘Phase 4’ at Keepers Gate, giving buyers a further opportunity to secure a home within this much sought after development.

Located in Calderpark to the south east fringe of the city centre, Keepers Gate continues to maintain its standing as one of Miler’s most popular developments in the west – due to a winning combination of having a superb collection of house types within such a prime location.

Phase 4 will offer a further range of three, four and five-bedroom homes, priced from only £195,000. However, for those buyers who want to move fast, there is also a choice of properties available within the final release of Phase 3 at the development, including the delightful detached Teviot.

An impressive L-shaped home, spanning more than 1,500sq ft, the four-bedroom Teviot is the perfect home for the family buyer. From its spacious bay-windowed lounge, highly practical kitchen and separate lounge, with the advantage of French doors opening on to the garden, this property sets the benchmark for modern family living.

Other key features of the Teviot include a utility room, downstairs cloak-room and double garage; while the upper floor not only comes with an en-suite master-bedroom, with a bank of fitted wardrobes, but three well executed bedrooms and ample storage space.

Anne Marie Britton, sales director for Miller Homes in Scotland, comments: “The launch of Phase 4 furthers Millers Homes’ commitment to providing high quality new homes in this area of this city, where demand is unyielding. This is a prime location in terms of its accessibility and also the competitive pricing of the homes we are building, allowing buyers at Keepers Gate to achieve a lot for their money. In addition, Calderpark is a peaceful residential setting and because this is our fourth phase at the development, new residents can benefit from buying a home within an established neighbourhood.”

Aside from the Teviot, if prospective buyers want to know exactly the kind of well crafted home they can expect from Phase 4, Miller has also just given the stunning four-bedroom detached Humber showhome a spring makeover. A new palette of soft seasonal tones in the wall colours and soft furnishings is sure to tempt buyers considering securing a plot within the next phase, as the Humber aptly demonstrates the potential of all the properties at Keepers Gate.

Also, potential buyers are set to be impressed and wooed by the specification. From elegant bathrooms and en-suites finished with Porcelanosa tiles, to dream kitchens complete with integrated stainless steel oven, hob & hood, Miller Homes’ internal finish is anything but standard. As an award winning house-builder, the company prides itself in creating properties that buyers want to lay down long-term roots in, ensuring they can enjoy a home for life.

Easy access to the M73, M74 and M8, as well as having good bus and rail links in nearby Baillieston, mean the surrounding towns of Hamilton and East Kilbride are an effortless commute to work, as is Glasgow city centre and Edinburgh.

The nearby town of Uddingston and the conservation village of Bothwell each provide a substantial choice of retail, leisure and social amenities, from shopping to schooling; while Glasgow Fort, one of Scotand’s premier shopping destinations, is also close to hand.

Properties at Keepers Gate are available from £195,000 and the Teviot is currently priced from £239,995. Miller Homes also has a choice of incentives available at the development including the company’s successful shared equity initiative – MiWay, or stamp duty exemption on all properties up until the 9 May 2010.
