DFDS Seaways announces extra Harwich sailings

In response to increased demand, the m.s. Dana Sirena will be brought out of dry dock early, sailing from Esbjerg to Harwich on Tuesday 20th April.

The ship was not scheduled to sail until the end of the week, but due to increased demand, DFDS Seaways has brought forward this date to accommodate stranded travellers.

John Crummie managing director said: “We have been doing all that we can to help travellers reach their destination. In response to phenomenal demand, we have brought the m.s. Dana Sirena out of dry dock early to increase the number of options for stranded travellers.

“I advise travellers wishing to take advantage of the extra services to check the website or call our call centre as soon as possible as we expect the crossings to fill up very quickly.”

The extra sailings will run as follows:

Departs - From – To - Arrives
Tues 20th April Esbjerg Harwich Weds 21st April
Weds 21st April Harwich Esbjerg Thurs 22nd April
Thurs 22nd April Esbjerg Harwich Friday 23rd April
Fri 23rd April Harwich Esbjerg Sat 24th April
