Sainsbury's Home Insurance offers £50 shopping vouchers

Sainsbury's Home Insurance is offering £50 of Sainsbury's shopping vouchers to new customers applying with a Nectar card for combined buildings and contents cover.

New customers will also benefit from a 15% discount (plus an additional 5% discount if they apply online) and will be able to take advantage of double Nectar points on their Sainsbury's shopping for two years.

The offer is available for those applying for combined buildings and contents cover between 5th April and 5th July 2010.

Benefiting from the double Nectar offer, Nectar card holders with Sainsbury's Home Insurance who spend around £50 a week with Sainsbury's would receive a week's free shopping (£52) worth of Nectar points a year.

Ben Tyte, Sainsbury's Home Insurance Manager, said: "Home insurance policies can vary a great deal so it's important that people compare them not only on price but on the level of cover they provide.

"By shopping around you can find some great deals. We not only offer excellent cover, with unlimited buildings sum insured and a no-claims discount, but with the voucher offer and the double Nectar rewards Sainsbury's shoppers could save themselves a significant sum on their shopping."
