Pupils at Oakfield Primary School have been showing off their artistic skills by creating a series of drawings to adorn the family wall in Taylor Wimpey’s new showhome at The Limes at Warleigh Village.

To showcase the space available for growing families within the Penmark showhome, pupils came up with the drawings inspired by a ‘families at home’ theme.

A selection were framed and now hang in pride of place on the feature wall within the showhome’s family room. The exhibition’s unveiling took place at the showhome’s recent launch, where visitors had the first chance to look around whilst appreciating the pupils’ artwork.

Janine Davey, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Exeter, commented: “We received so many drawings from the children at Oakfield Primary that it was a relief the Penmark’s family room feature wall had plenty of space to display a large selection of them. All the drawings were fantastic, creatively demonstrating the ‘families at home’ theme. The exhibition will remain a part of the showhome’s feature wall and we hope visitors to the development will enjoy looking at them as much as we have.”

The Penmark showhome comprises two generous reception rooms, a separate fully-fitted kitchen with integrated family room that benefits from patio doors leading out into the garden, plus a convenient cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite facilities, three further bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom.

When complete The Limes at Warleigh Village will comprise a stylish selection of two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom family homes. Prices currently start from just £124,995.

For further information, visit the marketing suite on Lulworth Drive, Southway, between 11am and 5.30pm Thursday to Monday.
