New Year, new car? huge savings on Chevrolet

Think January sales, and you probably think of annoying over-tanned ex-soap stars beaming at you from reduced price sofas… but it’s not just furniture stores and DIY shops that will be cutting back their prices in the January sales.

Pop down to your local Chevrolet dealer between Boxing Day and January 14 and you’ll find savings of up to £2,000 on selected Chevrolet models. What’s more, you won’t have to queue for an hour to park or battle your way through crowds of shoppers returning unwanted Christmas gifts.

The sale prices mean you can pick up a well-equipped Matiz 1.0SE, with remote central locking, electric windows and mirrors, twin airbags, a four-speaker RDS radio-CD player and smart metallic dashboard trim for only £5,745 – a saving of £1,000 over the standard list price.

Two Kalos models are also included in the offer. The three-door 1.2S is reduced from £7,195 to £5,795, a saving of £1,400, while the popular 1.4SX model, which comes with air-conditioning, a six-speaker radio-CD system, remote locking, 15-inch alloy wheels, heated door mirrors and electric windows all-round is reduced from £9,195 to £7,695, making it far cheaper and better equipped than any rival at this price level.

A saving of £2,000 is offered on the Lacetti 1.4 SE 5-dr, reduced to £7,795 from £9,795, making it incredible value for money. For the price of some manufacturers’ basic superminis, the Lacetti SE is a well-equipped family sized car, complete with electric windows, heated mirrors, remote central locking and a Blaupunkt stereo-radio CD player. What’s more, it even has funky shopping hooks on the rear seats, so if you do feel the need to hit the sales in town, your goodies will be secure on the way home.

After all, with Chevrolet’s incredible savings, you’ll have plenty left over to go on a shopping spree. Enough, even, for a quality sofa…
