Bank Holiday fun on the Thames

Head down to the River Thames this bank holiday weekend and enjoy a great day out and discover some of the great sights of London, with City Cruises.
A frequent sightseeing service operates between the four major destination piers on the River Thames (Westminster, London Eye, Tower and Greenwich) and each one is on the doorstep of many popular sites and leading attractions.
Passengers can travel in comfort onboard modern, accessible boats with panoramic windows and open deck areas, which offer full access to the mobility impaired. Light refreshments and bar services are available onboard.
There is so much history to discover along the River Thames and the state-of-the-art multilingual commentary system will bring it all to life. It is available in five languages (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin and Japanese), in addition to a live commentary in English.
Great value tickets can be purchased, offering unlimited one-day travel with City Cruises as well as combined tickets, which also offer freedom of the Docklands Light Railway on the same day. The special family tickets offer savings of up to £13.75* and senior fares are also available which provide a 50% saving on the full adult prices. Travelcard holders and students can also obtain discounts.
After a busy day sightseeing the Restaurant Ship Hispaniola will offer a haven amidst the city bustle, whilst sampling some of the great food and beverages available. The ship which is permanently moored on the Embankment, opposite the London Eye, offers fine quality Mediterranean style cuisine with a modern twist in the restaurant and tapas at the bar. The ship also serves a traditional afternoon tea, which can be enjoyed outside on the sun terraces, whilst taking in the fantastic views of the Thames, from St Paul's to the Houses of Parliament.
