Satisfied customer recommends Stamford Homes

New Renaissance resident Jayne Chalk is so happy with her new home – that she has recommended the company who built it to one of her best friends.

Patient Transport Services driver Jayne moved to the popular Stamford Homes development at New Waltham, Grimsby several weeks ago, together with husband Wayne and their teenage daughter Bethany.

The family moved from nearby Cleethorpes to their larger three-bedroom home in the more convenient location offered by Renaissance.

Jayne explained: “We have been delighted with the whole buying and moving process. The location is great, the house is wonderful and Stamford Homes have addressed our every need.”

And it was when Jayne’s long-standing friend and former neighbour Debbie Walker came to visit that she also fell in love with Renaissance.

A recommendation from Jayne has now led to Debbie and her family buying a townhouse (through Stamford Homes’ part exchange scheme) just around the corner from the Chalks.

Jayne, who has known Debbie for around 23 years, added: “The customer satisfaction, quality of build and value for money has been fantastic, and I had no hesitation in recommending a friend.”

Stamford Homes carries out regular independent customer satisfaction surveys, and the latest reveals that an impressive 99 per cent of purchasers questioned would be happy to recommend a friend.
