HomeBuy Direct now available in Bourne

Home hunters in Bourne have the chance to reap the benefits of HomeBuy Direct, with this hugely successful scheme now available for the first time at Stamford Homes’ Red Hall Gardens development.

An extension to the Government’s shared equity scheme means that a selected number of homes at the development are eligible for the scheme – which allows customers to own 100 per cent of their home for 70 per cent of the price.

By using a recommended mortgage lender under the HBD initiative, there will be no deposit to pay and the remaining 30 per cent is met equally by Stamford Homes and the Government through a repayable loan.

HBD is currently available on a range of stunning four-bedroom semi-detached homes, due for completion this autumn.
