Chevy discounts on new cars

Immediately after Christmas we all like to shop around for a bargain, and with value-for-money being a Chevrolet byword, it’s no surprise that the brand is joining in with the high street retailers and offering some sensational sale prices – proving there really has never been a better time to buy a new car!

The savings on offer range from £913 to £2,400 and apply across the Matiz, Aveo and Lacetti model ranges.

The biggest saving of £2,400 is on the Lacetti 1.6 SX Station Wagon – available from just £9,295. The spacious family estate car is packed with standard kit including electric windows all round, remote central locking, 15-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, a Blaupunkt CD Player and a chilled glove compartment. Discounts are on offer on all models in the Lacetti range.

There is also a huge saving available on the 3-door Aveo 1.2 S, with £1,340 off the usual price of £7,535, bringing it down to just £6,195. Introduced earlier in 2008, the Aveo shows the new face of Chevrolet and features an upmarket fascia, with soft-touch plastics and an integrated audio display. It also comes with a combined fuel economy figure of up to 51mpg, making it hugely appealing to cost-conscious motorists and proving that the savings don’t start and end with a discounted sticker price.

A great saving is also offered on the ever-popular Matiz 1.0 SE. One of Britain’s most popular five-door city cars, it features remote central locking, electric front windows and mirrors, twin airbags and a four-speaker RDS radio-CD player, all for a very economical £5,995 – a saving of £913.
