Residents of the East Midlands could find that they have an extra £1,000 to spend just by recommending Miller Homes to a friend.

The award-winning housebuilder is running a Recommend a Friend scheme at its developments across the region, including those within an easy commuting distance of Nottingham, such as Dukes Mead in Bingham and Cleves Place in Melton Mowbray.

Joy Goodman, sales director at Miller Homes East Midlands, commented: “It’s a really simple scheme as you can point anyone you know in our direction; work colleagues, relatives, neighbours.

“There’s a leaflet that can be downloaded from the millerhomes.co.uk website. All you need to do is fill in the details of both parties and get your friend to hand in the form on their first visit to their chosen Miller Homes development.”

And Joy added: “When they buy their new Miller home, the person who recommended them will get £1,000. Quite a number of people have taken advantage of this scheme in the past, with both Dukes Mead and Cleves Place proving extremely popular.”

Dukes Mead is just a few minutes walk from the centre of the lively market town of Bingham and benefits from excellent transport links to Nottingham and Newark. The development is surrounded by green recreational spaces and open farmland to the south, helping to create a real sense of community.

The small, beautifully landscaped, Cleves Place development sits alongside the River Eye and is just half a mile from the picturesque centre of Melton Mowbray, whilst also benefiting from excellent transport links to nearby Nottingham, Leicester and Loughborough.
