Garden challenge launches in Bodmin

Barratt is joining forces with some of the region’s best landscape gardeners this weekend for the Great Barratt Garden Challenge in Bodmin.

Its Canyke Fields development is set to host the event on Saturday May 22 when you can challenge the professionals to create your dream garden – and then come back the following week to see the dream created.

“Gardens are such an important part of life for so many of our purchasers at Canyke Fields that we thought we would harness the imagination of our visitors and the professional skills of our landscapers to create a truly memorable garden,’’ said sales manager Mary Daymond.

A range of two, three and four bedroom homes are currently available at Canyke Fields.

Prices start at £151,500 for a two bedroom coach house with a garage.

The three bedroom Maidstone is priced at £177,500, the three bedroom Norbury design is from £193,500 and they offered alongside the four bedroom Cranford from £258,000 and the Radleigh from £267,500.
