Barratt launches new homes at Crymlyn Grove

The stunning success of Barratt’s Crymlyn Gardens has prompted the developer to launch its latest selection of brand new homes at nearby Crymlyn Grove.

Buyers, keen to live in a semi-rural location with good local amenities, flocked to Crymlyn Gardens in the village of Skewen near Swansea. Now, every home is taken and sales director Adrian Bird says Barratt is ready to introduce its newest development.

“Like Crymlyn Gardens, this development has a breathtaking location – within a pretty village and enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding hills and countryside,” he said.

“Swansea is close by and local amenities are excellent and include shops, schools, leisure centres, golf courses, country pubs and a train station.”

Crymlyn Grove will offer a number of stunning family homes with three, four and five bedroom homes due to be launched in the summer.

“Already, this location has proved extremely popular – and we expect the same to be the case with this development,” said Adrian Bird. “The range of homes, the innovative designs and the prices we offer are likely to prove extremely attractive to those looking for a new home here.”

Barratt offers a number of schemes, designed to make the buying process quick and easy. Those looking to move up the housing ladder can use the Movemaker scheme.

With Movemaker, Barratt instructs an estate agent on your behalf to sell your home, and manages all the valuations, viewings, liaison and phone calls.

All you need to do is agree the asking price, and check the sales particulars are correct. There are no estate agents fees to pay and Barratt aims to find a buyer within four weeks.

Crymlyn Grove is conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Swansea city centre or the sandy beaches of the Gower peninsula, and it is just an hour’s drive to the bustling city of Cardiff.
