Taylor Wimpey receives four-star rating

A major national survey of new homeowners has awarded Taylor Wimpey a glowing four-star rating for customer satisfaction.

The independent survey carried out by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) reveals that between 80 and 90% of customers are happy with the quality of their new Taylor Wimpey home, with a similar proportion saying they would recommend the housebuilder to others.

The HBF has compiled the results of over 16,000 questionnaires from people who moved into a new home between October 2008 and September 2009. Over 3,600 new Taylor Wimpey homeowners responded to the survey, including movers from across the East Midlands region.

The annual HBF survey was developed in response to a Government report on housing supply which urged Britain’s major housebuilders to consistently measure levels of customer satisfaction.
