Santander scores hat-trick with new mortgage deal

Football supporters may be hoping England will bring the cup home but Santander, the ‘Home of UK mortgages', has already given UK borrowers the chance to score with the launch of its 'Hat-trick' mortgage special.

From today (4 June 2010), Santander is launching a highly competitive three year tracker at 3.00% with a £333 fee at 75% LTV available to all Homebuyer and Remortgage customers through direct and intermediary channels.

Phil Cliff, Director of Mortgages at Santander, said: "With many planning to cheer England on this summer, at Santander, we are keen to lend borrowers at home our support and ensure they don't get caught offside when it comes to getting the best deal! Our hat-trick three-year tracker at 75% LTV and a welcome ‘booking' fee of £333 will provide all customers, whether they are football fans or not, the opportunity to take advantage of a good rate at a great price!"

During June, Santander is also offering a number of highly competitive mortgage products including a two-year tracker, to existing current account customers, at 2.39 per cent with a £495 fee available up to 70 per cent LTV plus a two-year fixed at 2.90 per cent with £1995 fee available up to 60 per cent LTV. In addition we have a range of 75 per cent LTV, two-year fixed and tracker mortgage products aimed at borrowers looking for larger loans sizes.
