The Byes say hello to a new home in Bourne

Despite being very active in their Sixties – Wendy and Gordon Bye were looking for a new home with a little less maintenance than their existing one.

An initial internet search revealed that Stamford Homes’ Red Hall Gardens development in Bourne ticked the right boxes; a spacious, easy to maintain new build home, a more manageable garden and a great location.

After visiting the development and selling their existing home in Colsterworth, the Byes are now the first residents to move into Red Hall Gardens – and are enjoying all that their new four-bedroom home has to offer.

Wendy (60) said: “It certainly ticks all the boxes. We have an equal amount of space as our old home but a smaller garden and more user-friendly access than the slope and steps we wanted to move away from.

“Coming from a village location I was a little apprehensive when we first moved, but I absolutely love the house and the development. We are within walking distance of the park, the town and all it has to offer.”

Wendy and Gordon are so delighted with their home and the Stamford Homes customer journey that they would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the company to their friends.
