Vivaro Sportive gains over £700 of extra kit for just £250
Vauxhall Commercial Vehicles has introduced a number of wide ranging improvements across its Vivaro range with effect from June 2010. The upgrades will deliver improved operator safety and value for money while lowering the cost of ownership.
Leading the charge are the improvements to the Vivaro Sportive model which allows customers to benefit from over £700 of extra features for a list price increase of just £250. Standard equipment on the Sportive now includes 16” five-spoke alloy wheels, front fog lights, Radio CD with Bluetooth connection and body-coloured rear light clusters and mirror housings. A leather steering wheel, incorporating for the first time on Vivaro, the new cruise control option is also available.
Vivaro retail customers can also take advantage of a fantastic offer on two brand new option packs worth up to £1,175, which - for a limited time only - are available completely free of charge on all non-Sportive Panel Vans and Double Cabs. Called Plus Packs 1 or 2, they cover features such as radio CD with Bluetooth, Remote Control Security Alarm System, Rear Parking Sensors, Electric Pack (mirrors and windows) and Air Conditioning.
All Vivaro models have been upgraded to include a new look fascia and steering wheel as well as a brand new Infotainment system, incorporating the latest technology with Aux-in socket and the options of Bluetooth facility (standard on Sportive), Sat Nav and USB connectivity.. The new Cruise Control option will be a welcome feature for Vivaro drivers and a new Steel Grey exterior option extends the colour range. For additional safety a full steel bulkhead is now standard across the range and for a charge of just £50 (excluding VAT) a windowed version can be fitted. Customers not requiring a full bulkhead can specify the full height steel driver’s guard instead, also for no extra cost.
Finally, service intervals on all Vivaro models have been extended from 18,000 to 20,000 miles to help owners to cut their running costs.
