Customer satisfaction levels are ‘shooting through the roof’ for Solihull-based Taylor Wimpey West Midlands.

The Station Road-based company has been awarded an overall score of 94% by a leading industry body and this gives them the best customer satisfaction results of any of the 23 regions in the Taylor Wimpey group nationwide.

The results are from year-to-date Customer Satisfaction surveys across 12 developments in the region, which are independently carried out by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) in their national new homes survey which aims to optimise standards. This annual survey was developed in response to a Government report on housing supply which urged Britain’s major housebuilders to consistently measure levels of customer satisfaction.

And four of the Taylor Wimpey West Midlands developments all scored 100% in all five categories – ‘recommend the company to family and friends’; ‘quality of home’; ‘finish of home’, ‘service before moving in’, and ‘condition of home on moving in day’.

Sales & Marketing Director Jan Titley says: “It’s fantastic news and proves that we do strive to consider the end-user from the outset and go that extra mile. What’s more, this is against a backdrop of far greater competition and a better educated consumer with an increased awareness of what is available in the new homes sector. Our production director, Stuart Payne, is adamant that every home be treated like it was his own and says a ‘right first time’ approach will ensure that customers stick with us for many years to come – and commend what we do to family and friends.”

The company is currently building in Smethwick, Oldbury, Wordsley, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Telford, Coventry, Rugby and Daventry. For further details visit taylorwimpey.co.uk.
