Renault: no extra charge roadside assistance offer for older vehicles

19th October 2005 Print
As your vehicle gets older it may need a little more devotion and care, especially around winter time where cold weather can cause all sorts of problems. Renault has the ideal solution with the introduction of an extra one-year’s roadside assistance package for no charge to its customers bringing peace of mind for any journey.

Renault’s new ‘Four For Free’ offer is an extension of it’s existing free three year ‘Renault Assistance’ plan breakdown recovery service provided in association with the AA which is automatically supplied when you buy a new Renault.

Customers purchasing their new Renault are provided with the reassurance that should they break down at the road-side, breakdown assistance will be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Now, after this initial period is up, customers can now have extra peace of mind via Renault’s new ‘Four For Free’ offer which will offer customers who have their three to seven year old Renault vehicle MOT’d at a participating Renault dealer, an extra year of roadside assistance for no additional charge.

The basic cover includes:

Roadside Assistance, which means if your vehicle breaks down more than a ¼ of a mile from your home you can receive help 24-7
Home-Start Assistance which covers you at your home or within a quarter of a mile from your home
Local tow – 10 miles to your nearest Renault dealer

Customers who are interested in the ‘Four For Free’ offer can register their interest or find out more at renault.co.uk. Once registered customers will be sent a voucher giving them details of where their nearest participating Renault dealer is and how to contact them.

Customers in Northern Ireland can qualify by having a safety check at their dealerships (rather than the MOT).

‘Four For Free’ is a response to increased service capacity within the Renault network which now has the ability to cope with increased service volumes and will see Renault focus on service marketing and improved aftersales loyalty.
