A stunning new four-bedroom family home styled by interior designers and set in a sought-after Cotswold location is to be unveiled by Redrow.

The award-winning house builder opens the doors to its new ‘Edgeworth’ show home at Centuria, in Cirencester, during the weekend of July 3rd / 4th, when potential buyers can view the show home and discover the delights of other homes available.

The ‘Edgeworth’ has been styled by Show Business Interiors to enable would-be buyers to appreciate just how much can be achieved to create a highly individual family home.

With a colour palette based on classic neutral heritage colours, the lounge has a glamorous feel with furniture characterised by walnut and chrome.

The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, features sumptuous gold velvet bedding, while bedroom two has been designed as a stylish guest bedroom, complete with antique-style white bedsides. The third bedroom has been styled with a ballet-mad seven-year-old girl in mind while classic cars are the theme of bedroom four.

Hayley Zaple, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West) says: “Centuria is a well-planned, family-friendly development in a great location in the heart of the Cotswolds and we are expecting lots of interest when we unveil the Edgeworth.

“The majority of our customers tell us that they want something that looks traditional, perhaps evocative of the family home they grew up in, but they want it to have the modern, low maintenance and energy-efficient features that characterise a new Redrow home. They will find everything they are looking for and more in the Edgeworth.”

The Centuria homes combine the best of old and new, with traditional Cotswold stone exteriors, expertly blended with streamlined and contemporary interiors and layouts based on designs from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection.

Centuria features a beautiful range of two, three and four-bedroom homes, including the Edgeworth from £369,995 and the two-bedroom Calcutt priced from £219,995.

A Calcutt view home fitted with carpets, lights and window dressings is already open for viewing.

Situated a mile and a half from Cirencester town centre, Centuria, on London Road, has easy access to good shopping, a variety of schools and leisure facilities. Known as the ‘Capital of the Cotswolds’, Cirencester is an historic Roman town in the heart of one of the most unspoiled locations in the country.

There are excellent transport links to neighbouring towns and villages and easy access to the M5 and the M4.

Join Redrow for the opening of its new Edgeworth show home during the weekend of July 3rd and 4th.
