Join Redrow in the Perthshire village of Aberuthven this weekend, where the doors to a stylish selection of brand new homes will be thrown open so potential purchasers can appreciate the fine views inside as well as out.

Redrow is hosting two ‘open house’ days, on Saturday and Sunday (July 17 / 18) at Graemeslea, where only 10 luxury four and five bedroom detached villas remain in this beautiful rural setting.

Among the high quality homes open for viewing are the desirable ‘Weaver’ show home, plus two further properties - the ‘Chatsworth’ and ‘Welford’ - which are ready and waiting to be moved into.

The Weaver four-bedroom show home has been professionally furnished and decorated so visitors can imagine themselves living in the property. The Chatsworth and Welford view homes have both been left as blank canvases so homebuyers can envisage how they would put their own unique design stamp on them.

Enjoying panoramic views of the Ochil Hills and with more than 50 golf clubs, including the nearby Gleneagles Golf resort, within a 20 mile radius, Redrow Homes’ exclusive development in the heart of Scotland is perfectly placed for those who want to enjoy the very best of country living.

The nearby town of Auchterarder offers local amenities, while Perth is only a 15-minute drive away and both Glasgow and Edinburgh are accessible in under an hour.

Mary McHutchison, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Scotland), said: “Our open house weekend gives buyers the opportunity to take in the fantastic location as well as viewing three homes inside and out. Buyers can really appreciate how the completed homes will look and feel and just how well the layouts work as family homes.

“The event will take place on Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 5.30pm to give people plenty of opportunity to see the benefits of buying a Redrow home at Graemeslea first hand.”

The final 10 homes available at Graemeslea are priced from £300,000 to £405,000.

Those with an existing property to sell may be able to take advantage of part-exchange. Redrow effectively acts as a cash buyer for their old home, removing the problem of finding a buyer or the risk of getting stuck in a potentially long and complicated housing chain.

“We aim to make customers an offer for their existing property within 48 hours, guaranteeing them a quick sale and an easy move,” adds Mary.

Redrow has a range of incentives it can tailor to suit buyers’ individual needs and, in some instances, may be able to offer a substantial cash discount for quick completions.

All homes feature Redrow’s latest interior specification, with an emphasis on convivial open-plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling units and top brand name appliances, plus modern white bathroom suites with quality fixtures and fittings.

Join Redrow for the ‘open house event’ this weekend (July 17 / 18) between 10am and 5.30pm.
