Home hunters in Grantham should act fast if they want to trade up to a bigger, better brand new home.

Just six properties remain to be sold at Redrow’s Newton’s Walk development and, with part-exchange available, buyers won’t even have to worry about selling their existing property.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “Location and affordability are key factors to consider when investing in a new home and Newton’s Walk ticks all of the right boxes. Set in the heart of bustling Grantham, schools, shops and the train station are all close by. And with competitively priced properties, it’s no wonder that we’re fast approaching the end of the development with just three homes still available.”

The final homes offer a choice of three or four bedrooms. The remaining three-bedroom home has been reduced in price from £124,995 to a very affordable £110,00; while four-bedroom properties are on the market from £164,995.

“Designed with 21st century living in mind, these homes provide a stylish solution to modern family life and are perfect for those who want to trade up to a bigger, better, brand new home,” Pauline commented.

“At Redrow we want our customers to look forward to building a future in their brand new home instead of worrying about the past. With part-exchange they can have the peace of mind that they’ve found a buyer for their existing property without being entangled in a complicated chain or even having to pay estate agent’s fees. It’s the smart way to step up the property ladder.”

Under part-exchange Redrow effectively acts as a ‘cash buyer’ for the customer’s property, making it ideal for those who want a quick and easy move.

Family friendly features of the remaining homes at Newton’s Wall include convivial living spaces, contemporary kitchens, sleek, modern bathrooms and the modern day essential of en-suite to master bedroom.

With spacious accommodation arranged over the three floors, the ‘Ouse’ style detached property maximises the potential of the space available. Two of its four bedrooms are tucked away on the top floor, utilising what may otherwise have been redundant roof space. It’s a great area for older children or for those who don’t need so many bedrooms, they could be used for a home office, games room or simply extra storage.

Those preferring a more traditional, two-storey home will find what they’re looking in the four-bedroom ‘Otter’. It boasts a separate lounge and dining room, plus a breakfast kitchen with adjoining utility room and an integral garage.

The three-bedroom Fairwood is perfect for smaller families and includes an en-suite to master bedroom as well as a ground floor cloakroom.

To find out more about the final homes available at Newton’s Walk, visit the development, open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 5,30pm.
