There’s more to Spain than football, the country has long been a winning destination for British holidaymakers and for very good reason.

Boasting many attractive qualities; from its food, fashion, history, scenery and cosmopolitan charm, Spain offers breathtaking beaches at L’Ametlla de Mar, Torre Del Sol and Salou, easily reached from Gerona or Barcelona; surfing along Noja and fun and adventure at the Port Aventura theme park with its new Caribbean themed water park.

And, with the country still basking in football glory, there couldn’t be a better time to pay a visit. Why not stay at one of Eurocamp’s excellent parcs, spread across Spain’s most beautiful regions; from Cantabria in the north, to Catalonia in the west.

One of Eurocamp’s most popular Spanish parcs is Cypsela, on the beautiful Costa Brava. The attractive holiday parc is ideal for those with young children, as there are plenty of activities arranged by the parc’s kids club as well as a choice of children’s play areas for hours of fun.

The large swimming pool complex is the real showpiece of the parc, where kids will love to splash about all day, while parents can relax at the surrounding terrace bar. The parc organises numerous activities and boasts superior facilities; including tennis and basket ball courts, a golf course, there’s even roller-skating sessions and regular family discos.

Those who wish to try some traditional Spanish dishes can dine at the parcs own restaurant, or pick up local produce from the parcs shops, which they can prepare using the excellent self-catering facilities.

Without venturing far from the parc, families can spend days at the local beach, less then 2km away, or the local water park. They could even visit the famous Salvador Dali Museum, in nearby Figueres.

For just £1165 a family can enjoy a seven night summer break (arriving 20 August 2010) staying at Eurocamp’s Cypsela parc, in Spain’s sunny Costa Brava, staying in a 2 bed ‘Comfort’ mobile home (sleeps up to 7) with air conditioning.

Ferry crossings, fly drive packages, rail travel and overnight stops – at hotels or parcs en route - can also be arranged through Eurocamp at a supplement.
