Feast for £10 at Salisbury Food & Drink Festival

Fantastic feasts for £10 are the newest introduction to the annual Salisbury Food & Drink Festival which begins on Sunday 19th September 2010.

The popular festival sees more than 70 producers from around the county exhibiting everything from sausages to cider and sweets to preserves. Plus for the first time ever it will begin a week early as local restaurants, cafes and bars open their doors to offer feasts for just £10!

The main festival will be open between 10am – 5pm on 19th September with highlights including cookery demonstrations by local chefs, music, street theatre and a children’s marquee. Also returning for 2010 is Neal’s Yard Herb Walk, a popular walk showing participants how to find hidden herbal treasures on their doorstep – food foraging to city dwellers!
