United Airlines, the global carrier with an extensive trans-Pacific network, is pleased to announce the latest improvement to its local corporate website, cn.united.com, in China: enhanced local language capabilities aimed at providing user-friendly navigation and an improved interface for local customers.

"United values service excellence and believes a quality flying experience includes not just the in-flight service, but the entire journey from beginning to end," said Sidney Kwok, Director, Greater China for United Airlines. "The improved website will give our customers in China a convenient and simple way to explore the many products and services United has to offer.”

The website enhancement project is another footprint that marks United’s continued effort to give customers more control over their travel experience. The localized website makes it simpler and faster for customers to check schedules, search for low fares purchase tickets, and book award tickets. United customers also have the ability to choose their own seat, check in online and purchase unique product offerings such as Economy Plus.

Customers can now experience the new cn.united.com by checking out the site’s latest web-fare offer. For Chinese students studying abroad in the States, United has introduced special fares as low as 4,490 RMB. Students will be able to fly nonstop from China to major U.S. cities at lower prices. From now till August 31st, those who purchase student tickets on United’s new Chinese website and sign up as a member of their frequent flyer program, Mileage Plus, will receive a pleasant summer vacation surprise by getting the opportunity to win a free, commemorative edition of a United 747 model aircraft.
