Charles Church offers award winning quality in Bridgnorth

‘The name on the finest homes’ is the statement which sits proudly with the Charles Church brand, and, it’s now official as one of the company’s site managers has been awarded a Pride in The Job Quality Award from the National House Building Council (NHBC).

Chris Price from Shrewsbury, site manager at the prestigious Charles Church at Wenlock Rise development in Bridgnorth, has received the sought after accolade meaning he is now officially one of the top 400 site managers in the country. Chris will now go forward to the next stage of the competition and compete for the NHBC Seal of Excellence Award which is being announced later this year.

Mark Penn, construction director for Charles Church West Midlands, believes Chris’s dedication to consistently producing homes of the highest quality has contributed to his award win. He states: “Chris is a fantastic example of all that Charles Church stands for and his experience, high standards and commitment to the job means that Wenlock Rise has truly become a development to be proud of. He is extremely deserving of this award and I, along with the rest of the team, would like to wish him all the best in the next stage of the competition.”

Now in its 29th year the Pride in the Job Awards recognise and reward just 400 out of a total of 17,000 site managers who consistently demonstrate commitment to high standards in housebuilding.
