Copthorne Sheffield causes a stir with new cocktail menu

Sheffield’s Copthorne Hotel will be mixing things up in its 18Fifty5 restaurant with the launch of its first cocktail menu.

The comprehensive list of tipples conjured up by the Copthorne’s cocktail expert includes something for everyone from nutty chocolate truffles, to fruity floral gins and classy champagne flavours.

At the Copthorne, it’s never too early for a glass of something sophisticated, so its 18Fifty5 restaurant has created a Breakfast Martini with a zingy mix of marmalade, gin and Prosecco.

Other highlights include Gintime, with an eclectic mix of gin, black raspberry liqueur, lime and ginger ale; as well as Poinsettia with a sweet combination of orange liqueur, cranberry juice and champagne.
