Persimmon East Midlands makes strategic appointment
One of the country’s leading housebuilders, Peterborough-based Persimmon Homes East Midlands, has appointed David Hodgson as the new sales director.
David, who brings with him 23 years of sales experience, has joined Persimmon’s largest operating regional company having previously worked for another national housebuilder where he held the position of sales and marketing director.
As part of his new role, David will be responsible for over 20 new build developments within Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and North Norfolk as well as managing the busy sales office and a part exchange portfolio.
On his new position, David, states: “I am already enjoying what I believe will be an extremely fulfilling and challenging role. My aim for the forthcoming months will be to motivate and build upon on the recent successes of the East Midlands division, which I see as the flagship region with the Persimmon Group.
“Looking forward to the next twelve months, I see fantastic opportunities for growth and I am extremely excited about the stunning new sites which will be launching soon.”
David works directly for Persimmon’s regional managing director, Adrian Evans, who adds: “David’s wealth of large scale housebuilding knowledge means he already intrinsically understands our business and I’m confident that his dedication and enthusiasm towards the role means he will have a long and successful future with Persimmon.”
David, who is originally from Liverpool, spent many years in the Chester area until relocating for to take up his current position with Persimmon Homes and he now lives in Peterborough.
