Spend Bonfire Night with South Lakeland Parks

South Lakeland Parks is inviting visitors to its Lake District parks this bonfire night where they can enjoy a spectacular weekend of fireworks over England’s largest lake.

The company’s flagship park, White Cross Bay is located directly on the shores of Windermere complete with spectacular views over the Lake and surrounding mountains. There is nowhere better to enjoy a fireworks display!

On Saturday 6th November, all visitors to White Cross Bay and South Lakeland Parks’ other Lakeland sites at Fallbarrow and Limefitt are invited to a spectacular evening of fireworks over the Lake plus a winter barbecue.

Visitors can either enjoy the display from the Lakeside or perhaps relax on the deck of their lodge or caravan at White Cross Bay and enjoy the fireworks from afar.

Special weekend packages for Bonfire night are available with three night breaks at White Cross Bay starting from only £157 for a two bedroom caravan – this works out at as little as £13 per person, per night! For complete luxury a new three bedroom deluxe lodge can be hired for just £375 for three nights.

All prices are based on arrivals on Friday 5th November and include the hire of the accommodation, all bed linen, fuel costs and entertainment passes. The fireworks display is complimentary to guests however food from the winter barbecue will be charged accordingly.

Lower priced caravan breaks in a two bedroom superior caravan at Limefitt cost just £119. Limefitt Park is located just a couple of miles from White Cross Bay.

Facilities at White Cross Bay include a bar, restaurant, heated indoor pool, sauna, shop, games arcade and an outdoor multi use games area.

South Lakeland Parks also has a fireworks display planned for its Morecambe Bay park, Ocean Edge. Similar to White Cross Bay this park also overlooks water with panoramic views out over the Irish Sea.
