Taylor Wimpey offers ‘blooming great' support in Lochmaben

Taylor Wimpey West Scotland is delighted to announce their support to the annual Lochmaben Gardening Competition and Village Flower Boxes, as well as the Senior Citizens’ Christmas Party. The company has pledged £1,000 to support these local community initiatives.
The company is looking forward to beginning work on its new development Barony Gate in Lochmaben, as well as becoming an integral part of the local community as Willie Burns, managing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland explains: “Our new development in Lochmaben will create a diverse range of 58 three and four bedroom new modern family homes that will quickly become part of the vibrant community-life in Lochmaben.
“We wanted to once again show our support to local initiatives that give pleasure to a wide range of people within the community and we felt these projects were perfect. We’re confident that some of the 58 gardens that will be created as part of our development will go on to add even more colour and charm in this picturesque town.”
Chairwoman of Lochmaben Community Council, Lesley Ross adds: “It’s great to see this sort of support for the local community from Taylor Wimpey. Their support of both the Gardening Competition and the Senior Citizen’s Christmas Party ensures these events can take place and that’s great news for everyone!”
It’s anticipated that sales at Taylor Wimpey’s Barony Gate development in the summer.
