New developments coming to East Sussex

Tonbridge-based housebuilder Millwood Designer Homes has announced that it will be building two new developments in East Sussex.
Harlequin Mews in Crowborough will be a select development of just three detached four and five-bedroom homes. Set on a leafy residential lane and surrounded by greenery, it is perfectly positioned to offer both privacy and seclusion, whilst still being just minutes away from the town’s centre.
Hurstfield Place in Ticehurst will consist of a five-bedroom detached property and three individual detached two/three-bedroom chalet-style homes, which are somewhat of a rarity. All three unique chalet-style properties have a very flexible layout that includes an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor. This is the development’s second phase, the first having been launched in 2006. Due to its huge success, Millwood is anticipating a high level of demand and has already sold one of the homes off plan as a Design & Build package, so it would be wise to register your interest early.
Sales Manager Richard Elliott said: “There is a shortage of new housing in the South East. It is vital that we try to rectify the current situation and these new homes will hopefully go somewhere towards that.”
He continues: “We have built a number of developments in East Sussex over the years, all of which offered buyers a chance to live in a unique home of exceptional build with all the luxuries and comforts for easy modern-day living. Buyers can expect the same high standards at Hurstfield Place and Harlequin Mews.”
Both developments are due for completion early next year. For further information, or to register your interest, visit: mdh.uk.com
