Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey prepares to unveil its brand new Blenheim Park development of apartments and houses for sale in Colchester.

Building on the success of the now sold-out Churchill Gate development of property for sale in Colchester, Taylor Wimpey is ready to launch its latest collection of new homes – Blenheim Park.

A winning combination of a convenient location, great value prices, excellent build-quality and stunning design meant that the beautiful collection of Colchester flats at Churchill Gate sold fast.

But those still on the hunt for a first-class home will be able to find it at Blenheim Park, a stylish development of two-bedroom flats for sale in Colchester and two, three and four-bedroom houses set on the edge of the town’s beautiful Abbey Fields.

Blenheim Park will be officially launched later this year when homebuyers in search of new property in Colchester will have the first chance to find out the prices and reserve their pick of the plots available.

As well as offering a range of helpful incentives to help first-time buyers and those with a home to sell, Taylor Wimpey can assist members of the Armed Forces to own a new Colchester property at Blenheim Park for less.

The leading housebuilder’s Armed Forces Discount of £500 cashback for every £25,000 spent on one of its new homes, combined with the Ministry of Defence’s Long Service Advance of Payment Scheme (LSAP) means that qualifying customers can currently save up to £13,000 on a new Taylor Wimpey property in the Colchester area*.

Further information on all homebuyer incentives is available by visiting any of Taylor Wimpey’s developments in Colchester, or by visiting: taylorwimpey.co.uk

Blenheim Park is just a short distance from Colchester’s bustling town centre and offers huge appeal for those who work locally and those who enjoy being within easy reach of a wide range of leisure pursuits, including pubs, restaurants and sports facilities.

The coast at West Mersea is not far away and commuters will appreciate good rail and road links to Chelmsford, Brentwood and London, and to Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and the Midlands. For those travelling further afield, Stansted Airport is within easy reach.

Blenheim Park will open its doors soon and the first homes will officially go on sale.
