Taylor Wimpey unveils its new Frampton View development of apartments and houses for sale in Rushall, West Midlands, on September 11th.

Leading developer Taylor Wimpey is presenting homebuyers with an exciting new opportunity to own a high-quality home in a sought-after location – with the unveiling of its stunning Frampton View development of property for sale in Rushall this weekend.

This exclusive collection of just 40 contemporary two-bedroom apartments and well-appointed two and three-bedroom houses offers exceptional choice for a range of buyers in search of new homes in Walsall and houses and flats in Rushall, and will receive its official launch on Saturday 11th September.

While specific prices will be announced at the launch, Taylor Wimpey can reveal the first release of two and three-bedroom properties in Rushall will range in price from just £100,000 to as little as £195,000, offering exceptional value in such a desirable location.

Daniel McGowan, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “This superior collection of just 40 apartments and houses enjoys a highly desirable location and, judging by the interest already coming in from home-hunters looking property for sale in the Walsall area, is shaping up to be a hugely popular development.

“I would urge people to come along to our launch event if they want to stand the best chance of securing the home of their dreams.”

Quick-off-the-mark customers will be able to have first pick of the brand new homes, including the three-bedroom ‘Croxton’ semi-detached house, ideal for first-time buyers, executive couples and growing families alike.

The ‘Croxton’ is characterised by a spacious lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a thoughtfully designed kitchen, and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom.

In common with all new homes at Frampton View, the ‘Croxton’ enjoys a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and cooker hood.

Each new home at Frampton View also includes allocated parking and houses will each benefit from a private rear garden.

The development itself enjoys an excellent location in the well-served village of Rushall, close to local schools, shops and pubs and home to the ruins of a beautiful, ancient manor house and the regal Rushall Hall.

Walsall town centre, two miles to the south of the development, offers a wider selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, plus a variety of schools for children of all ages and the well-regarded Walsall College.

A £1 billion regeneration, due for completion in 2015, includes the stylish Waterfront canalside project, while the town is already home to numerous sports clubs and facilities, plus Crown Wharf Shopping Park, with its array of leading high street stores.

Fine countryside lies to the north, with pleasant walks, particularly along Rushall Canal, which forms part of the historic Birmingham Canal Navigations.

A wealth of employment and further leisure opportunities is just minutes from Frampton View via Rushall’s excellent transport links – including the M6 motorway and Walsall railway station which are each only three miles away – while the development is just 10 miles from Birmingham City Centre, nine miles from Cannock and Wolverhampton and eight miles from Lichfield.

The brand new Frampton View Sales Centre, located off Station Road, Rushall, will be open from 11am until 5pm on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September and then from 11am until 5pm Thursday to Monday thereafter.
