Heavenly homes in Birmingham

A housebuilder in Birmingham is going the extra mile to ensure its newly purchased houses are in tip top condition before buyers move in.
Under Morris Homes’ ‘Guardian Angels’ scheme, a board level director will personally run through a checklist at every single new property to check the finish on everything from the plumbing and electrics to the doors and skirting boards before handing the keys to its new owners.
Julie Smith, regional sales director at Morris Homes West said “We have always been committed to offering outstanding quality, right down to the smallest detail.
“When people move home – especially to a newly built property - they want everything to be perfect, and our aim with this scheme is to ensure exactly that.”
Morris, responsible for The Quarter, Claremont, Eden Fields and Aston Place schemes in Birmingham, was also recently named the region’s best builder in a Government-backed scheme to track housebuyer satisfaction nationwide.
Morris achieved the highest scores of any major developer in the West of England (over 94% satisfaction rating) for the build quality of its new homes and customer service standards. As a result, Morris is the only housebuilder in the region to be awarded a full ‘five star’ rating.*

* The satisfaction survey is commissioned annually by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and includes feedback from over 16,000 housebuyers, including buyers at its Curzon House development, located in Curzon Park South. The survey asks people to rate their builder for the quality of their homes and also whether they would recommend the company to a friend.
