Grimsby mum gets a birthday gift from Redrow

Mum-of-five Kirsten Lewis is £500 better off after a visit to Redrow’s New Heritage Collection show homes at Kirk’s Paddock, Grimsby.

She won the cash prize after entering a free prize draw as part of a weekend of celebrations to mark the opening of new fully furnished show homes at the popular Redrow development in Scartho Top.

Kirsten explained: “We went to the Redrow show homes at Kirk’s Paddock and thought the properties were very nice.

“I’d completely forgotten that while we were there I’d entered the prize draw to win £500. It was my birthday the day I found out I’d won, so it was a double celebration. I was delighted.”

Neo-natal nurse Kirsten, 41, lives in Scartho Top with husband Richard, 44, who is a pharmacy technician and their five children, aged three to 14.

“There are so many things I could spend the money on, but I think I’ll use some of it to take the children away at half-term,” Kirsten commented.

Kirk’s Paddock offers a choice of three and four-bedroom homes from Redrow’s New Heritage Collection, with prices from £134,999.

Inspired by the architecture of the Arts and Crafts movement, they look traditional from the outside but inside they are bright and modern with open plan family friendly layouts.

A professionally decorated three-bedroom ‘Durham’ style home is now open for viewing. There are also two full furnished show homes – a three-bedroom ‘Warwick’ and four-bedroom ‘Oxford’, enabling potential purchasers to picture themselves living at Kirk’s Paddock.
