A family home built to the highest specification and styled by a team of top interior designers is to be unveiled at Pontarddulais, near Swansea.

The four-bedroom ‘Stratford’ fully-furnished show home will be launched at Redrow Homes’ Cae Rebeca venture over the weekend of September 25th and 26th.

Part of Redrow’s acclaimed ‘New Heritage Collection’, the new homes at Cae Rebeca combine ‘Arts and Crafts’ influenced traditional exteriors with stylish, modern interiors.

“These properties are aimed at families who love their homes, enjoy entertaining, yet want a house that is stylish, fresh and practical,” said Rachael Davies, areas sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales).

The ‘Stratford’ is characterised by a cream colour scheme, complemented with soft aqua, while sumptuous velvets have been paired with natural fabrics including jute. Lounge cushions feature antique mother-of-pearl buttons, highlighting the close attention to detail and in the living room, furniture is solid wood with a white-washed finish.

The children’s bedrooms in the Stratford have been themed, with one inspired by the classic children’s novel ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’, while another is styled to appeal to a young teenage girl with features including glossy furniture and zebra prints.

Rachael added: “Although we have previously had a view home on site, this launch will be the first opportunity for would-be home owners to see a fully dressed New Heritage Collection show home at Cae Rebeca. Our specification is extremely high and we pride ourselves on including as standard many features that our competitors would class as upgrades or optional extras, such as an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen.”

Pontarddulais combines the best of both worlds, just eight miles from cosmopolitan Swansea, yet within easy reach of the beautiful Gower Peninsula coastline. The region also boasts excellent English and Welsh-speaking schools and benefits from a wide range of outdoor pursuits. It is also close to excellent transport links including the M4 motorway.

Three, four and five bedroom homes are priced from £160,995 to £269,995.
